Common questions

What should I bring to the evaluation?
Bring the device or drive you need data from, plus any charger or cable you have. Tell us which files matter most. You do not need to open the device or identify the fault first.
Can I book without knowing whether the data is recoverable?
Yes. The evaluation is how we assess the device and recovery options. Describe what happened in the request and we will discuss the next steps with you.
Can I request a rush?
Yes. Choose your drop-off time, then select the rush option and tell us when you need the data back. We will confirm the available timing and any rush fee before the appointment.
