These terms apply to iResurrect Repairs appointment requests, diagnostics, repairs, payments, pickup, and service updates.

These terms apply when you use iResurrect Repairs to request appointments, diagnostics, repairs, data recovery, parts ordering, payment, and related customer support.
Appointments and estimates
Appointments are by request and may require staff review. Catalog estimates and parts availability are not final quotes. If inspection changes the repair price or timing, we will ask before completing additional paid work.
Payments
Some appointments require a bench fee or deposit before confirmation. Any required amount is shown before checkout. Final balances, refunds, and pickup requirements depend on the accepted repair work and shop policy communicated for that repair.
Devices and data
You are responsible for backing up your device before service when possible. Repair and diagnostic work can involve opening, testing, resetting, or replacing parts, and data recovery is not guaranteed.
Customer communications
The iResurrect Repairs repair updates program sends appointment, repair, payment, pickup, and support messages. If you opt into SMS, message frequency varies by repair activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS or HELP for help.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. We do not sell SMS consent or share it with third parties for their marketing.
