We use this information to schedule appointments, review repair requests, diagnose and complete repairs, collect required payments, send confirmations and repair updates, keep business records, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
Text and email updates
If you opt into SMS updates, we use your phone number to send appointment, repair, payment, and pickup messages. Message frequency varies by repair activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS or HELP for help. SMS consent is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing.
Service providers
We share the minimum information needed with providers that run our booking site, host our systems, process payments, and send email or SMS messages. These providers may use the information only to provide those services to us.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
Retention and requests
