Privacy Policy
This policy explains how iResurrect Repairs collects and uses information for appointments, repairs, payments, service updates, support, site analytics, and ad measurement.

We collect the information needed to book and provide repair services, and limited information about how people use our website:
- Identifiers and contact details: your name, email address, phone number, appointment and ticket numbers, and online identifiers such as IP address, cookie IDs, and ad click IDs.
- Device and repair details: device type and model, identifiers such as a serial number or IMEI, repair notes, and photos of your device.
- Commercial records: estimates, deposits, invoices, payment status, receipts, and repair history.
- Communications: texts, emails, photos, and voicemails you send us, records of calls with the shop, and the updates we send you.
- Waiver records: the waiver you accept and your signature.
- Website use: pages you view, the buttons and booking steps you use, the ad, link, or site that brought you to us, and your browser and device type.
Where it comes from
Most of this information comes from you when you book, visit, call, text, or email us. Your browser sends website-use information automatically. Our payment, SMS, and email providers tell us whether a payment or message went through. Google, Meta, and OpenAI send us only summary reports about how our ads perform, not information that identifies you.
How we use it
We use this information to schedule appointments, review repair requests, diagnose and complete repairs, collect required payments, send confirmations and repair updates, keep business records, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We also use website-use information to understand how people find and use our site and to measure which ads and links lead to bookings.
Text and email updates
If you opt into SMS updates, we use your phone number to send appointment, repair, payment, and pickup messages. Message frequency varies by repair activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS or HELP for help. SMS consent is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing.
Service providers
We share the minimum information needed with providers that run our booking site, host our systems, process payments, and send email or SMS messages. These providers may use the information only to provide those services to us.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our site and the tools below store small pieces of data in your browser. You can block or delete them in your browser settings.

When you opt out, or when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Google Ads tag, the Meta Pixel, and the OpenAI pixel do not load. If they already loaded on the page you have open, we tell them to stop. Google Analytics still runs, with Google signals and ad personalization turned off.
Advertising and "sharing"
We advertise on Google, on Meta (Instagram and Facebook), and in ChatGPT (OpenAI). To learn which ads lead to bookings, our site lets Google, Meta, and OpenAI collect the pages you view, the ad click ID from the link you followed, their cookie IDs, your browser and device details, your IP address, and a booking event with the appointment number when you book. We do not send Google or Meta your name, email address, phone number, or repair details. For a booking that follows an ad in ChatGPT, our server also sends OpenAI a hashed (scrambled) form of the email address and phone number you entered, so OpenAI can match the booking to the ad click; OpenAI receives the hash, not the address or number itself. We never send any ad platform your repair details.
Google, Meta, and OpenAI handle this information under their own privacy policies and can use it to measure and improve their ad services. We do not sell personal information for money. Under California law, however, letting ad platforms collect this information for advertising can count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time.
Your privacy choices
You can opt out of this sharing in one click, with no account: use the control below or the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of every page.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) automatically. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out, and the control below shows it.
Opting out stops the Google Ads, Meta, and OpenAI tags in that browser. We also record the opt-out on bookings you make from that browser and do not send those bookings to Google, Meta, or OpenAI. The choice is saved in that browser only, so repeat it on your other browsers and devices, and again if you clear your browser's site data.
California privacy rights
If you live in California, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we collected about you, where it came from, why we use it, and who we disclosed it to, and give you a copy (right to know).
- Delete personal information we collected from you, except records the law lets or requires us to keep (right to delete).
- Correct personal information that is wrong (right to correct).
- Stop selling or sharing your personal information (right to opt out). We do not sell personal information; the choices above stop sharing.
We will not treat you differently for using these rights: you get the same prices and service.
To make a request, email [email protected] or call (510) 900-6485. We verify a request by matching the name, email address, or phone number you give us with our records. You can use an authorized agent; we may ask the agent for your signed permission and ask you to confirm your identity with us. We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we tell you why.
Do Not Track
Our site does not respond to Do Not Track browser signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control as an opt-out, as described above.
Sensitive information and children
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Retention and requests
We keep repair records only as needed for service history, warranty questions, accounting, legal, security, and dispute handling. The visit-source record in your browser expires after 30 days. We keep the visit log on our own server for 13 months. Google, Meta, and OpenAI keep the data their tags collect under their own retention settings. When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
