Common questions

My Xbox turns on, but the TV shows No Signal. Is it the HDMI port?

Often. Try a different HDMI cable and a different TV input first. If there is still no picture, the HDMI port is the likely fault, and we replace it at board level. If the port is not the cause, the diagnostic finds what is.

My Xbox shuts off after a few minutes, or the fan is loud. What is wrong?

That is usually heat. Dust blocks the fan and the heatsink, and the console shuts down to protect itself. Cleaning is the usual fix, and a failed fan is repaired or replaced. Keep the vents clear until your appointment.

My Xbox won't turn on. Can you fix it?

Book the diagnostic. We find the fault, and the fee is deducted from your final repair price. Bring the console and its power cable, and the power brick if your model has one.
